Kennesaw State University: Owls Weight Room Walls, an Atrium Mural and Team Vans

Kennesaw State University is a few miles from our Kennesaw shop. For KSU Athletics, High Stakes Creative produced and installed weight room feature walls, a large atrium mural and graphics for the department’s Sprinter vans, with work in 2022 and again in fall 2024.

At a glance

• Client: Kennesaw State University Athletics
• Location: Kennesaw, Georgia
• Work: weight room feature walls, an athletics atrium mural and Sprinter van graphics
• Installed: 2022 and fall 2024

What went on the weight room walls?

A black wall graphic with “Kennesaw State Owls” and the line “Discover Your Strength” in gold and white, framed by a barbell mark. It runs across the back wall above the racks, so it is in view from every station in the room.

How do you install a mural two stories up?

From a lift. The atrium mural spans the upper wall above a walkway, so our crew worked from a lift to hang the panels in sequence and keep the angled color bands lined up across every seam. The design mixes bold yellow, blue, red and gray shapes with large action photos of Owls athletes.

What did the team vans get?

Graphics for gray Mercedes Sprinter vans used by the department, with the Owls mark on the sides. The vans carry the Owls brand wherever the teams travel.

What do we need to quote athletics graphics?

• Photos and measurements of each wall, including ceiling heights and any lift access.
• Your athletics brand guide, logos and approved photos of athletes.
• The year, make and model of any vehicles.
• Your timeline, such as the start of a season or a recruiting visit.
