Banners

Trade show and event graphics

Posters and foam board
Full-color posters and mounted foam board for lobbies, meetings, presentations, campaigns and directional signs at events. They are lightweight, easy to move and simple to place on an easel or wall.
Rigid sign panels
Prints mounted to PVC, aluminum composite or acrylic for interior signs, temporary exterior signs, directional and safety notices, and campaign displays that need to stay flat and outlast paper.
Lobby and campaign displays

What drives the cost of large format printing
Printing cost depends on size, quantity and material. Banner vinyl and posters cost less per piece than mounted rigid panels or fabric backdrops, and larger runs lower the cost of each piece. Lamination, mounting, contour cutting, hardware such as stands or frames, design or file preparation, rush scheduling and installation all affect the total. Send sizes, quantities and the date you need them, and we will provide a fixed, itemized quote.
Questions buyers ask us
How long does a large format print order take?
It depends on quantity, size, materials and finishing. Banners and posters move faster than mounted panels, fabric backdrops or orders with installation. Share your event or opening date with the quote request, and we confirm production and install dates before you approve the order.
Can you match our brand colors exactly?
We match PMS colors as closely as each material and ink set allows and show a printed proof for color-critical work. Colors shift slightly between vinyl, fabric and paper, so we compare them side by side when a display combines materials.
Can large format prints be used outdoors?
Yes, with the right materials. Outdoor banners and panels use weather-resistant media and inks, and lamination adds sun and abrasion protection. Exterior graphics typically last one to five years. Tell us where the piece goes and how long it stays up, and we specify accordingly.
What file format do you need for printing?
Vector files, such as AI, EPS or PDF with outlined fonts, work best for logos and text. Photos should be high resolution at final size, with bleed where designs run to the edge. If files are not print-ready, our designers can adapt them.
Can you print custom shapes?
Yes. We contour-cut prints to custom shapes, such as logos, cutout letters and shaped displays, and cut rigid panels to shape as well. Contour cutting is common for wall graphics, window graphics and event signage that should not look like a plain rectangle.
Do you install what you print?
Yes. Printing, finishing and installation are handled by the same team. We hang banners, mount rigid panels, set up displays and apply printed wall and window graphics, with one schedule and one point of contact from file to finished install.
