High Stakes Creative handles corporate branding, branded environments and architectural signage for Alpharetta companies, from reception logo walls in Avalon to multi-floor wayfinding along Windward Parkway. We have worked from Kennesaw since 2007, about 25 to 30 miles away, and one team carries each project from design and brand-standards review through production and installation, with no hand-off between vendors.
Alpharetta's office base runs along GA-400. Windward, a 3,000-acre master-planned community, holds about 4.1 million square feet of office space and tops the Atlanta Business Chronicle's list of the region's largest office complexes. It is home to offices of ADP, Equifax, Fiserv, LexisNexis, Morgan Stanley and Verizon, and Equifax keeps its headquarters on Windward Concourse. Avalon, the 86-acre mixed-use district at Old Milton Parkway and GA-400, adds Class A office space above retail, including Microsoft's Technology Center.
The city counts hundreds of technology companies, and roughly 85,000 people commute in each weekday, so offices here compete hard for talent. That is why Alpharetta lease signings usually come with a branding scope: a reception wall that matches the brand guide, core-values graphics in collaboration areas, privacy film on glass conference rooms, and suite and floor signage the property manager will sign off on. Most of these are multi-tenant Class A buildings, so landlord sign criteria, after-hours install windows and certificates of insurance come with nearly every job. When a company consolidates onto several floors, one wayfinding system that leads visitors from the elevator lobby to each department becomes part of the scope.

Reception logo walls in brushed metal or lit acrylic, feature walls, core-values graphics and glass film for Avalon and Windward suites. We build from your brand standards guide, check PMS colors and fonts against physical samples, and schedule installs around furniture delivery and IT cabling during a build-out.
Branded environments
Monument signs at office-park entrances off Windward Parkway and North Point Parkway, building and wall letters, and ADA room signs. We survey the site, produce scaled drawings with dimensions, materials and colors, and prepare what Alpharetta Community Development asks for with each permit application.
Architectural signage
An Alpharetta office is often the regional hub in a national footprint. When a merger or new identity lands, we audit every sign and graphic, build a sign schedule by location, pilot the first site, then roll out across Georgia and the Southeast on a published schedule.
Rebrand rollouts
Field-service, IT and delivery vehicles based in north Fulton get a consistent fleet identity: one approved layout per vehicle type, 3M and Avery Dennison films, and certified installers. A standard wrap installs in one to three days, and eligible 3M graphics can carry the 3M MCS Warranty.

Permanent signs in Alpharetta are permitted by the City of Alpharetta Community Development Department at 2 Park Plaza. The city's sign permit application asks for the sign's size, cost and UL number, the property owner's contact details, the sign contractor's business registration, a scaled site plan for monument signs, and sign details covering shape, dimensions, materials and colors. The applicant also attests that the owner has approved the sign. The form gives the city up to ten working days to consider an application. A sign outside the code needs a sign exception, which goes to public hearing before City Council.

One schedule and one point of contact from the first walkthrough to the final punch list.
Yes. For a new lease we like to start design about 90 days before move-in. That leaves time for brand-standards review, landlord approval of anything visible from common areas, and production. Wall graphics and glass film go in after paint and flooring, and the reception sign goes up once wall blocking is confirmed, so the space looks finished on day one. We also leave touch-up material and care notes for your facilities team.
The City of Alpharetta Community Development Department. Exterior wall, monument and illuminated signs go through its sign permit application, and we confirm with the city whether anything else in your package needs review. We prepare the scaled drawings and site plan, collect the property owner's approval, and submit, so permits do not hold up an opening date.
Often. Many Alpharetta projects are tenant improvements where signage and graphics are one line in the GC's schedule. We work from the architect's drawings and sign schedule, coordinate wall blocking and power for lit signs, and install between other trades so branding never holds up the punch list or the certificate of occupancy.
Yes. We match PMS colors to printed and painted samples under your office lighting, use your specified typefaces and logo files, and send scaled proofs before anything is produced. For glass film we mock up frost patterns and gradients so the privacy band sits at the right height for people seated and standing in conference rooms.
Yes. We start with a site survey of each location, then build one sign schedule that lists every sign type, size and material by site. We usually pilot one office, adjust, then roll out in waves. Strategy, design, production and installation stay with one team, so the Alpharetta lobby and every branch office match.
Tell us about the space, the brand and the date. We'll scope it, schedule it and handle it start to finish from Kennesaw.
