High Stakes Creative provides architectural and monument signage, plant wayfinding, branded visitor and office spaces and fleet graphics for manufacturers and corporate sites in Cartersville and Bartow County. Our Kennesaw team, in business since 2007, handles design, production and installation under one roof, about 25 to 30 minutes south on I-75, so large industrial campuses and their suppliers work with one accountable team.
Cartersville sits about 45 miles north of Atlanta on I-75, and Bartow County is home to more than 140 manufacturers. Its long-established employers include Shaw Industries, Toyo Tire North America, Anheuser-Busch, voestalpine Automotive Components and Piedmont Cartersville Medical Center. Recent investment is very large: Hanwha Qcells chose the 707-acre Highland 75 Corporate/Industrial Park off exit 296 for a solar manufacturing plant, and the Hyundai-SK battery plant at Bartow Centre on US 411 began initial production in 2026 and is expected to employ 3,500 people.
Yakult U.S.A. and a Switch data center campus add to the mix, and suppliers keep following the big plants. In the south of the county, LakePoint Sports at Emerson draws visitors to hotels and restaurants, and downtown Cartersville is adding a new City Hall and parking deck. For signage, Bartow work tends to be campus scale: building identification visible from the interstate, gatehouse and dock wayfinding, visitor lobbies that tell the company story, and fleet and trailer graphics.

Building letters, entrance and gatehouse monuments and property-line signs sized for large sites and truck traffic. We survey sight lines from the access road and interstate, design within the county or city code, and coordinate footing and electrical drawings with your site engineer and general contractor.
Monument signs
Visitor, driver and employee wayfinding across parking, gatehouses, shipping and receiving, docks and building entrances, plus floor and wall safety graphics. We build the program as a sign schedule by location and sign type, so phases and new buildings can be added in the same system.
Wayfinding & ADA
Lobbies, training rooms and office wings where customers, recruits and partners form a first impression. We produce dimensional logos, history and values walls, large-format murals and privacy glass film, following your global brand standards so a Bartow site matches headquarters.
Branded environments
Box trucks, service vans, yard vehicles and trailer programs based along the I-75 corridor. One layout per vehicle type, installed by 3M Preferred and Avery Dennison certified installers, and phased so equipment stays in service. Eligible 3M graphics can carry the 3M MCS Warranty.
Fleet wrapsWall graphics, wayfinding, donor walls and athletic branding for campuses like these.
Inside city limits, signs are governed by the City of Cartersville's sign ordinance, and the city directs sign questions for a site to its Director of Planning and Development. In unincorporated Bartow County, Bartow County Community Development handles sign permits by email. Its procedure requires one application per sign, an electrical application for lit signs, the sign company's and electrician's licenses, and a plan packet with a site plan, renderings, footing design for ground signs and attachment details for wall signs. The Building Official and Zoning Administrator both review it. Electronic message signs have separate brightness and size limits. We check jurisdiction first and assemble the full packet.

One schedule and one point of contact from the first walkthrough to the final punch list.
It depends on the parcel. Sites inside Cartersville city limits fall under the city's sign ordinance and Planning and Development staff. Sites in unincorporated Bartow go to Bartow County Community Development, where the Building Official and Zoning Administrator both review each sign. We confirm jurisdiction before design so sizes and drawings match the right code.
Yes. Typical scopes include building letters, an entrance monument, gatehouse and truck-route signs, dock numbering, visitor parking and a branded lobby. Industrial parks often have their own design covenants in addition to county rules, so we review those, coordinate with your general contractor and prepare the drawings for each approval.
We start with a site survey and the routes people actually take: truck drivers, visitors, contractors and employees. From that we build a sign schedule with locations, sign types, messages and mounting details for your team to approve. Fabrication and installation follow in phases that fit plant operations and construction.
Yes. Send us your brand standards guide, and we match logo lockups, PMS colors, typefaces and sign families exactly, then submit samples and shop drawings for approval before production. Where corporate standards conflict with local sign code, we flag it early and propose a compliant alternative for your brand team.
No. Cartersville is about 25 to 30 minutes up I-75 from our Kennesaw studio, so site surveys, installation and follow-up service visits are routine. We also cover nearby Bartow County sites, Emerson and the corridor toward Rome as part of the same service area.
Tell us about the space, the brand and the date. We'll scope it, schedule it and handle it start to finish from Kennesaw.
