High Stakes Creative handles corporate branding, branded environments and architectural signage for Kennesaw businesses from our studio at 2000 Cobb International Blvd. Since 2007 one Kennesaw team has run strategy, design, production and installation under one roof, so a Town Center office, a Chastain Road headquarters or an industrial building off US 41 works with a single accountable contact a few minutes away.
Kennesaw's commercial map follows I-75 and Cobb Parkway. The Town Center Area Community Improvement District covers about 6.25 square miles between Cobb Parkway, Chastain Road and McCollum Parkway, Bells Ferry Road and Barrett Parkway, with roughly 5.7 million square feet of office and retail space. Kennesaw State University, which enrolled more than 51,000 students in fall 2025, anchors the Chastain Road side, and medical device maker Artivion keeps its headquarters in Kennesaw.
West of the interstate, Cobb International Park, Kennesaw Business Park and the land around Cobb County International Airport–McCollum Field hold distribution, light manufacturing and flex buildings. Town Center at Cobb changed hands at a July 2026 foreclosure auction, and the CID has said it wants walkable, mixed-use redevelopment with office space around the mall. That points to more tenant build-outs, new lobbies and new building and monument signs over the next few years.

Reception logo walls, dimensional letters, core-values walls, murals and frosted or gradient glass film for offices along Chastain Road, Barrett Lakes and the Town Center area. We work from your brand standards guide, match your PMS colors, and can install after hours so an occupied office keeps working.
Branded environments
Building identification, entrance monuments, dock and door numbering, visitor wayfinding and safety graphics for distribution and manufacturing buildings in Cobb International Park and along US 41. We survey the site, size letters for highway and truck-court visibility, and prepare the drawings the permit office asks for.
Architectural signage
Directories, suite signs, room signs and directional programs for multi-tenant office and medical buildings near KSU and Town Center. We build a sign schedule by floor and room type, so property managers can add or change tenants later without redesigning the whole program.
Wayfinding & ADA
Service vans, box trucks and trailers based near I-75 and I-575 get one consistent layout per vehicle type. We are a 3M Preferred Graphics Installer and Avery Dennison Certified Wrap Installer, and a fleet can be phased a few vehicles at a time so trucks stay on the road.
Fleet wrapsWall graphics, wayfinding, donor walls and athletic branding for campuses like these.
Inside city limits, sign permits come from the City of Kennesaw Planning & Zoning Department, which takes sign applications through the city's online permit portal; sign rules by zoning district are in Section 5.03.18 of the zoning ordinance. For a new business, the Kennesaw Development Authority lists the sign permit as a step after the certificate of occupancy. A Kennesaw mailing address does not settle jurisdiction: much of the Town Center Area CID and the KSU campus area are unincorporated, so those signs go to Cobb County's Zoning Division. We check the parcel first, flag what needs a permit, and prepare the drawings and specs the application asks for.

One schedule and one point of contact from the first walkthrough to the final punch list.
Not always. Kennesaw mailing addresses cover a lot of unincorporated Cobb County, including much of the Town Center Area CID and the area around Kennesaw State. We look up the parcel before design, then file with either the City of Kennesaw or Cobb County's Zoning Division, so sign sizes and drawings are built to the right code from the start.
Start 60 to 90 days out if you need exterior or building signs, because landlord approval comes before the permit and fabrication follows the permit. Lobby signs, wall graphics and glass film can usually move faster. Send the floor plan, your brand guide and the move date, and we will build the schedule backward from move-in.
Yes. Our own studio is on Cobb International Boulevard, so we know how these buildings work: long facades, truck courts and visitors who need to find the right door. Typical scopes include building letters, an entrance monument, dock and door numbers, visitor parking signs and lobby branding, all surveyed, produced and installed by one team.
Yes. Public universities and agencies usually buy through formal solicitations with set submittal requirements. We can respond with a defined scope, a sign schedule, a project plan and pricing broken out by sign type, and we follow the owner's published signage standards where they exist. Bring us in early so we can review the specifications.
Yes. Wall graphics, glass film and dimensional logos can go in early, late or on weekends when an office needs to stay open during the day. We coordinate building access with your property manager, protect floors and furniture, and clean up before we leave so staff come back to a finished space.
Tell us about the space, the brand and the date. We'll scope it, schedule it and handle it start to finish from Kennesaw.
