High Stakes Creative designs, builds and installs corporate branding, branded environments and architectural signage for Marietta businesses. Our studio on Cobb International Boulevard in Kennesaw is about 8 miles from Marietta Square, and since 2007 we have kept strategy, design, production and installation under one roof. Medical offices, professional firms and corporate tenants deal with one team from survey to final install.
Marietta is the Cobb County seat, and much of its daytime workforce is in healthcare and professional services. Wellstar Kennestone Regional Medical Center, on Church Street with more than 630 beds, anchors a ring of medical office buildings and specialty practices, and Wellstar Health System lists its corporate address on Sawyer Road. Lockheed Martin's 8-million-square-foot Marietta plant builds the C-130J and supports more than 5,600 Georgia jobs. The KSU Marietta campus on South Marietta Parkway is home to the Southern Polytechnic College of Engineering and Engineering Technology.
South of the Square, the Gateway Marietta CID covers about 1.2 square miles along Franklin Gateway, Delk Road and South Marietta Parkway, with more than 4 million square feet of commercial space and the Class A Parkway Place offices. Atlanta United already trains on Franklin Gateway, and NWSL Atlanta is building a headquarters and training facility there for its 2028 season. Growth like that means new lobbies, suite signs and building identification, plus a historic downtown that needs its own design review.

Practices and medical office buildings around Kennestone and along Church Street need lobby branding, suite and room signs, directories and clear directional signs for patients. We build a sign schedule by floor and room, so new providers and suite changes can be added without redoing the program.
Wayfinding & ADA
Reception logo walls, core-values walls, murals and privacy glass film for professional firms near the Square and for Class A tenants in the Franklin Gateway corridor. We work from your brand guide and floor plans and can install after hours when the office is occupied.
Branded environments
Building letters, illuminated cabinets and entrance monuments for offices and medical buildings on Cobb Parkway, Delk Road and South Marietta Parkway. We survey the site, check setbacks and frontage with the city's rules, and prepare the drawings Marietta's Planning & Zoning Division reviews.
Monument signs
When a practice group, bank or professional firm with several Cobb County offices changes its name or logo, we survey every site, build one sign schedule and replace signs in planned waves. Marietta's historic-district locations get their own review track so they don't hold up the rest.
Rebrand rolloutsWall graphics, wayfinding, donor walls and athletic branding for campuses like these.
Inside city limits, signs fall under the City of Marietta's Department of Development Services. Its Planning & Zoning Division regulates sign size, number, placement, lighting, materials and maintenance, and most permit applications are filed through the city's online system. In the Downtown Historic District, any exterior work, signs and awnings included, needs a Certificate of Approval from the Historic Board of Review before a building permit is issued. That certificate expires if work has not begun within 12 months. Many Marietta mailing addresses sit in unincorporated Cobb, where Cobb County's Zoning Division issues sign permits instead. We confirm the parcel, flag permit needs early and prepare the drawings each office asks for.

One schedule and one point of contact from the first walkthrough to the final punch list.
Yes, if the building is in the Downtown Historic District. The Historic Board of Review has to approve a Certificate of Approval for signs and awnings before the city issues a building permit, and the applicant or a representative attends the meeting. We prepare the dimensioned sign sketches and location photos the application asks for and plan the schedule around the board's calendar.
Yes. We do lobby directories, suite identification, room and ADA signs, wayfinding and exterior building signs for medical tenants and owners. We build the signs as a schedule, so a property manager can swap a tenant panel or add a provider later without a full redesign, and we work around patient hours.
Maybe not. Large parts of East Cobb and the areas around Marietta use Marietta mailing addresses but are unincorporated Cobb County. In those areas Cobb's Zoning Division issues sign permits under county rules. We look up the parcel before design so sizes, setbacks and drawings match the correct code.
Yes. On tenant build-outs we work as the signage and graphics sub. We take the sign schedule from the architect's drawings, submit shop drawings, coordinate blocking and electrical with the trades, and schedule installation before your inspections and move-in date. Wall graphics and glass film usually go in after paint and flooring.
Plan on 60 to 90 days for exterior signs, because landlord approval and the city permit come before fabrication. Interior lobby signs, wall graphics and glass film usually need less time. Send us your floor plan, brand guide and move date, and we will schedule everything backward from opening day.
Tell us about the space, the brand and the date. We'll scope it, schedule it and handle it start to finish from Kennesaw.
