High Stakes Creative handles corporate branding, branded environments and architectural signage for Dunwoody companies, from Ravinia tower suites to new loft offices at High Street. We have worked out of Kennesaw since 2007, about 22 miles away via I-75 and I-285, and one team carries each job through design, landlord and city approvals, production and installation.
Dunwoody sits at the northern tip of DeKalb County and contains roughly 40 percent of Perimeter Center, one of metro Atlanta's largest job centers. State Farm's Park Center campus rises beside the Dunwoody MARTA station. Ravinia, a 1980s office park at I-285 and Ashford-Dunwoody Road, includes the 34-story Three Ravinia, the city's tallest building and home of InterContinental Hotels Group's Americas offices. Krystal also keeps its corporate headquarters in the city.
The newest growth is at High Street, a mixed-use district by GID with loft office, existing office space, apartments and retail around a central park, where TriNet is expected to occupy about 150,000 square feet. Older offices and shops cluster in Dunwoody Village, the city's historic center. Companies moving into these buildings need suite and lobby branding that fits building standards, and street-level tenants need exterior signs that meet Dunwoody's sign code. Perimeter tenants change as leases roll over, and each new tenant needs an entry identity, lobby branding and directory updates that fit building standards. Dunwoody Village tenants, by contrast, are mostly professional offices and shops that need storefront and shared monument panels.

Reception logo walls, feature and mural walls, core-values graphics and frosted or gradient glass film for offices in Ravinia, around Park Center and at High Street. We submit to property management, book elevators and docks, and work nights or weekends so occupied floors in Perimeter towers stay productive.
Branded environments
Building letters, monument and ground signs, parking-deck wayfinding and ADA room signs for Dunwoody office campuses and mixed-use buildings. Dunwoody recently adopted a new sign code, so we check sign size, type and placement against the current ordinance before drawings go to the landlord or the city.
Architectural signage
Dunwoody offices are often regional hubs for national companies. After a rebrand or acquisition, we inventory every sign and graphic, build a sign schedule by location, finish the Dunwoody hub as the reference, and roll the same standard out to branches across Georgia and the Southeast.
Rebrand rollouts
Sales, service and delivery vehicles based around Perimeter get a consistent fleet identity, from logo-and-contact layouts to full wraps. We set one approved design per vehicle type, use certified 3M and Avery Dennison installers, and schedule vehicles in small groups. Wraps typically last five to seven years.

Sign permits in Dunwoody are handled by the City of Dunwoody Community Development department, whose operations now run on the CentralSquare platform. Permanent signs need a completed Permanent Sign Permit Application, the sign company's certificate of insurance and business license, and an Authorized Permit Agent Form when someone applies on the owner's behalf. Sign type, size and number are governed by Chapter 20 of the city code, and Dunwoody recently adopted a new sign code. Signs must stay out of the right-of-way, which the city's SmartMap app shows. We file as your authorized agent.

One schedule and one point of contact from the first walkthrough to the final punch list.
Yes. Tower buildings in Ravinia and Perimeter Center typically limit noisy and common-area work to evenings and weekends and require a certificate of insurance and a freight elevator booking. We plan around those rules, protect finishes, and clean up before staff arrive, so wall graphics, glass film and reception signs go in without disrupting an occupied floor.
The City of Dunwoody Community Development department. Dunwoody is in DeKalb County while neighboring Sandy Springs is in Fulton, and a Perimeter Center address can fall under either city's code, so we confirm the jurisdiction first. For Dunwoody signs we supply our insurance certificate and business license and file as your authorized permit agent.
Usually a suite entry sign that meets the landlord's criteria, a reception or feature wall, conference-room glass film and some interior wayfinding. If you have street-level frontage, an exterior sign may also need a city permit. We review the landlord's sign criteria, propose a package, and handle approvals and installation as one scope. Loft spaces often have exposed ceilings and brick, so we choose mounting methods that suit them.
Start about 90 days out. Lobby signs and dimensional letters need landlord approval and production time, and any exterior sign needs a city permit under the current sign code. Wall graphics and glass film are scheduled after paint and flooring, so the final install often happens in the last week before move-in, outside business hours.
Yes. We survey each site, produce one sign schedule listing every sign type and material by location, and pilot the rollout before moving to regional waves. Because strategy, design, production and installation stay under one roof, your Dunwoody hub and offices across Georgia use the same files, colors and installation standards.
