High Stakes Creative handles corporate branding, building and monument signage, branded interiors and fleet graphics for Powder Springs businesses from our Kennesaw studio, about 15 miles and 25 to 30 minutes away via Barrett Parkway and Powder Springs Road. Since 2007 we have kept design, production and installation with one Cobb County team, so local manufacturers, practices and multi-site brands get one accountable partner.
Powder Springs is a southwest Cobb County city that has spent the past few years rebuilding its downtown. A new City Hall with a council chamber, municipal court and community room opened in 2025 beside Thurman Springs Park, new apartments have replaced the old municipal site, and storefronts along Marietta Street, including the Boyd Building redevelopment, are adding restaurants and shops. The Silver Comet Trail runs just north of downtown and brings steady weekend traffic.
The employer base is more industrial than the downtown suggests. Companies the city names as local employers include BOGE, HF Foods Group, Harcros Chemicals, Shaw Stainless & Alloy and Carter's Lumber Supply, and a new logistics plant and warehouse is planned off Oglesby Road near US-278. Retail centers such as Kroger-anchored Varner Crossing on Macland Road serve the neighborhoods to the north. Projects here range from plant identification to medical office interiors to fleet programs for trades companies.

Reception signs, wall graphics, core-values walls and privacy film for professional offices, medical and dental suites, and plant front offices across Powder Springs. We survey the space, work from your brand standards, and install around your hours, which matters for small offices where staff cannot simply work elsewhere for a day.
Branded environments
Monument signs, building letters and directional signage for industrial and logistics sites near US-278 and Oglesby Road, plus storefront and tenant signs downtown and along Macland Road. Powder Springs requires structural drawings and sealed site plans, and we coordinate those documents as part of every exterior sign.
Architectural signage
Manufacturers, distributors and service companies with a Powder Springs site often operate elsewhere in Cobb, Paulding and Douglas counties too. When a rebrand or acquisition lands, we survey every location, produce one sign schedule, and replace exterior, interior and vehicle graphics in coordinated waves.
Rebrand rollouts
Trades, HVAC, distribution and food service fleets based in southwest Cobb need graphics that read clearly on the East-West Connector and I-20. As a 3M Preferred Graphics Installer and Avery Dennison Certified Wrap Installer, we apply one fleet standard consistently from the first van to the last.

Inside city limits, sign permits come from the City of Powder Springs Permitting Department at 4488 Pineview Drive, with sign-off from both the Zoning Coordinator and the Building Inspector. The application asks for structural drawings of the sign, foundation plans for freestanding signs, two copies of a site plan sealed by an engineer or surveyor, and the installing company's business license and proof of insurance. Some addresses with a Powder Springs mailing address may sit in unincorporated Cobb County, where the county reviews signs instead. We check jurisdiction by parcel, flag permit needs early, and prepare the required drawings.

One schedule and one point of contact from the first walkthrough to the final punch list.
For properties inside city limits, the City of Powder Springs Permitting Department issues sign permits, with review by the Zoning Coordinator and the Building Inspector. Some Powder Springs mailing addresses are in unincorporated Cobb County, which has its own process. We confirm jurisdiction for your parcel and prepare the drawings and site plans the application calls for.
The city's sign application asks for structural drawings of the sign, three foundation plans for a freestanding sign, and two copies of a site plan drawn by an engineer or surveyor with a state seal. The installing company must also provide its business license and proof of insurance. We assemble that package so the review starts complete.
Yes. The new and redeveloped buildings along Marietta Street suit dimensional letters, window graphics and branded interiors. We design to the city's sign ordinance and the building's character, then handle fabrication and installation as one project, so a new tenant can open with signage that matches its brand from the first day.
Yes. For plants and warehouses we provide entrance monument signs, building identification, dock and directional signage, and lobby and office branding for the front of house. We schedule installation around shifts and truck traffic and coordinate with your safety team on site access requirements before crews arrive.
Yes. We survey each site, build a sign schedule covering every sign and vehicle by location, pilot one or two sites, then roll out in planned waves. Powder Springs is about 25 minutes from our Kennesaw studio, so it works well as a starting point for a west metro rollout.
