High Stakes Creative handles corporate branding, branded environments, building and monument signage and fleet graphics for Acworth businesses. Our Kennesaw studio is about 15 minutes south on Cobb Parkway, and since 2007 one team has kept design, production and installation under one roof. Acworth headquarters, trade-contractor offices and medical buildings get one point of contact from site survey through permit and install.
Acworth calls itself the Lake City, but its business side is built along I-75 and US 41. The city spans Cobb and Cherokee counties and has two I-75 interchanges, at Highway 92 (exit 277) and Glade Road (exit 278). The Cobb Parkway corridor runs about four miles, and local leaders have pointed to it for commercial growth, health services and corporate headquarters. In July 2026 the city held a ribbon cutting for four local contractor and safety firms that opened a consolidated headquarters on Cobb Parkway.
A city community profile from its power provider names Wellstar, a Yanmar training facility, the Primrose Schools teaching center, Fortney Sales and Georgia Trade School among local employers. Acworth owns its electric utility, is a designated Opportunity Zone with Tier 1 job tax credits, and has room for owner-occupied offices, flex buildings and service companies running fleets. Downtown's Historic Downtown, Parkside and Mill District hold smaller professional offices, where historic-district review shapes the signage.

Companies consolidating into a new Acworth building often need everything at once: exterior letters, an entrance monument, a lobby logo wall, conference-room glass film and recruiting-focused brand walls. We plan it as one package from your brand guide and schedule it around the build-out and move-in.
Branded environments
Ground monuments and illuminated building signs need to read at highway speed. We survey sight lines and frontage, design to the city's sign rules, and arrange the engineered structural and electrical drawings the city requires for monument signs taller than 12 feet.
Monument signs
Many Acworth businesses run trucks and vans across north metro Atlanta. We set one layout per vehicle type so the fleet reads as one brand, and install with 3M and Avery Dennison certified materials and installers. Trucks can rotate through a few at a time.
Fleet wraps
When a local company outgrows its first logo, we can handle the identity refresh, the brand standards and the rollout to the building, uniforms, print and vehicles, so the new look shows up everywhere on the same date instead of piece by piece.

Inside city limits, sign permits come from the City of Acworth Development Department at 4415 Center Street. The permanent sign application asks for the property owner, the linear feet of building frontage, existing and proposed sign square footage, the lighting type and a copy of the sign company's current business license. Each building needs its own permit, and monument signs taller than 12 feet need structural and electrical drawings from a Georgia-licensed engineer. Signs in the Historic Business District are also reviewed by the Downtown Development Authority. Addresses outside city limits go to the relevant county. We confirm the parcel, flag permit needs early and prepare the drawings each office requires.

One schedule and one point of contact from the first walkthrough to the final punch list.

Acworth mailing addresses also reach into unincorporated Cobb, Cherokee, Bartow and Paulding counties, and those parcels are permitted by the county. We check the parcel first so the sign is designed to the right code and the application goes to the right office.
Yes. Signs in the Historic Business District are reviewed by the Downtown Development Authority as part of the city's formal review, and hanging or awning signs over the right of way need an indemnification. We design downtown signs in proportion to historic storefronts and prepare the drawings and details the review asks for.
Start with your floor plan, site plan, brand guide and move-in date, ideally 90 days ahead. We survey the building, build one schedule covering the monument, building letters, lobby and interior graphics, and work back from opening day. Exterior signs go first because they need permits; interior graphics follow paint and flooring.
Yes. We design the fleet layout from the same brand standards as your building and lobby signs, so colors and logos match. Wraps typically last five to seven years, and we can phase installation a few vehicles at a time. Eligible 3M graphics can carry the 3M MCS Warranty.
Yes. We work as the signage and graphics sub on new construction and tenant build-outs. We submit shop drawings, coordinate blocking and power for illuminated signs, help line up the sign permit with the building schedule, and install before final inspection and move-in.
