High Stakes Creative provides corporate branding, branded environments and architectural signage for Canton organizations from our Kennesaw studio, about 25 miles and 30 to 35 minutes away via I-575. Since 2007 the same team has handled strategy, design, production and installation, so a county office, medical practice or corporate tenant on Riverstone Parkway works with one accountable partner instead of several vendors.
As the Cherokee County seat, Canton holds the county's government offices and a business base that follows I-575 north from Holly Springs to the Etowah River. Northside Hospital Cherokee, a 332-bed hospital on Northside Cherokee Boulevard with more than 4,300 employees, is the area's anchor medical campus. Riverstone Parkway, at I-575 exit 20, and Cumming Highway, home to the roughly 335,000-square-foot Canton Marketplace, carry most of the city's commercial traffic.
Corporate tenants cluster in parks such as The Bluffs at Technology Park, Canton Corporate Park and South Canton Business Park. Downtown, the city is reinventing the former Canton Cotton Mills site as the Mill on Etowah, a mixed-use project with coworking space and event space. That range means a Canton project can be a monument sign at a business park entrance one month and a branded suite inside a historic mill building the next, and each comes with different approval rules.

Lobby logo walls, suite wayfinding, privacy film and conference room graphics for medical and professional offices around Northside Hospital Cherokee and the Riverstone corridor. We schedule installs around clinic hours, use removable films where a lease calls for it, and match colors to your brand standards rather than a close guess.
Branded environments
Monument signs, building identification and tenant signage for The Bluffs, Canton Corporate Park and outparcels along Riverstone Parkway and Cumming Highway. Canton asks for scaled site plans, footing details and electrical details with each application, and we produce those drawings as part of the sign package.
Architectural signage
Cherokee County keeps adding residents and businesses, and many organizations now run sites in Canton, Woodstock, Holly Springs and Ball Ground. When the logo changes, we survey each location, build a single sign schedule, and replace signage in planned waves so every site carries the new brand within a defined window.
Rebrand rollouts
Utility contractors, builders and service companies working Cherokee County's new construction keep crews on the road all day. We design one fleet standard and apply it across trucks, vans and trailers, using films backed by the 3M MCS Warranty where eligible, so a growing fleet stays consistent as vehicles are added.

Inside city limits, sign permits are issued by the City of Canton's Community Development Department, filed online or at City Hall, 110 Academy Street. The city takes one sign per application and asks for drawings at architectural scale, a site plan showing setbacks for freestanding signs, mounting or footing details, and owner permission or a lease. Illuminated signs need a separate electrical permit after sign approval, and historic-district signs go to the Historic Preservation Commission first. The city says permanent sign permits typically issue within 30 days. Outside city limits, Cherokee County's Development Service Center reviews signs. We prepare the full package.

One schedule and one point of contact from the first walkthrough to the final punch list.
The City of Canton's Community Development Department issues sign permits for properties inside city limits, and Cherokee County's Development Service Center on Bluffs Parkway handles unincorporated areas. Downtown historic-district signs need Historic Preservation Commission approval before the city permit. We confirm the jurisdiction for your parcel and prepare the drawings and details each office requires.
The City of Canton says permanent sign permits typically issue within 30 days of submittal, longer if revisions are needed. Historic-district signs add a commission review first, and illuminated signs need an electrical permit afterward. We build that time into the project schedule and submit complete packages, since the city does not accept incomplete applications.
Yes. For medical suites we install lobby signs, wall graphics and privacy film after hours or on days the practice is closed, and keep work areas contained. We match the practice's or health system's brand standards and can repeat the same package at other locations the group opens.
Yes. General contractors and owners' project managers bring us in for the signage and graphics scope on tenant improvements and new buildings. We work from the architect's drawings, coordinate blocking and electrical with the other trades, handle the sign permit, and schedule installation ahead of final inspection and move-in.
Yes. We start with a site survey at each location, produce a sign schedule listing every sign by site, then pilot one or two locations before moving through the rest in planned waves. Canton is about 30 minutes from our Kennesaw studio, which makes it an easy anchor for a north metro rollout.
