High Stakes Creative delivers corporate branding, branded environments and architectural signage for companies in Smyrna, Vinings and the Cumberland/Galleria office market. Since 2007 our Kennesaw team has handled strategy, design, production and installation under one roof, about 20 minutes up I-75. HQ relocations, Class A suite build-outs and building identification come from one team that knows both city and county permits.
The I-75 and I-285 interchange makes this corner of Cobb a corporate address. Cumberland, an unincorporated edge city, grew from the Cobb Galleria office towers of the 1980s and is home to Truist Park and The Battery Atlanta. Authority Brands announced in June 2026 that it is moving its headquarters to a 48,000-square-foot center at 200 Galleria Parkway, and the Cobb Galleria Centre is midway through a $190 million renovation scheduled to finish in 2027. Vinings, also unincorporated, runs along Paces Ferry Road beside the Chattahoochee and is where The Home Depot has its headquarters.
The City of Smyrna has its own employment base. Its published top employers include RCAA Administrative Services, United Distributors, GLOCK's U.S. headquarters on Highlands Parkway, UCB and DPR Construction. Downtown Smyrna's Market Village and the Spring Road and Atlanta Road corridors hold offices, medical practices and mixed-use buildings. With HQ moves, sublease turnover and convention-district renovation all happening, lobby, suite and building signage projects come up all the time.

Reception walls, dimensional logos, brand storytelling walls, privacy glass film and wayfinding for offices moving into Galleria and Cumberland towers. We work from the architect's plans and your brand standards, coordinate with building management on access and freight elevators, and plan installs around your move date.
Branded environments
Exterior building letters, tenant panels on shared monuments, lobby directories and suite signs for owners and tenants in Cumberland and along Paces Ferry. Multi-tenant towers usually have landlord sign criteria, so we design to those criteria first and then to the county or city code.
Architectural signage
When a Smyrna or Vinings company merges or renames, we survey every sign, build one changeover schedule and swap interior and exterior signs in a planned sequence. That can include overnight lobby changes so staff arrive to the new brand, with removal of old signs and wall patching handled in the same visit.
Rebrand rollouts
Distribution, trade and field-service fleets based near the I-75 and I-285 interchange get consistent layouts by vehicle type, installed by a 3M Preferred Graphics Installer. Fleets can be phased so routes keep running while trucks rotate through, and each new vehicle added later gets the same approved layout.

Jurisdiction changes from block to block here. Inside Smyrna city limits, the City of Smyrna's Community Development Department reviews and approves commercial sign permits through its Planning & Zoning Division, and applications go through the city's online permitting portal. Vinings, Cumberland, the Galleria and The Battery are unincorporated Cobb County, so signs there are permitted by Cobb County's Zoning Division, which requires color dimensional renderings, owner authorization and, for ground signs, a sealed site plan. In multi-tenant towers, landlord sign criteria usually apply before either one. We confirm the parcel, get landlord sign-off and prepare the drawings each office requires.

One schedule and one point of contact from the first walkthrough to the final punch list.
No. Cumberland, the Galleria area and The Battery Atlanta are unincorporated Cobb County, as is Vinings, so sign permits there come from Cobb County's Zoning Division. Businesses in downtown Smyrna, along Spring Road or elsewhere inside city limits file with the City of Smyrna. We check every address before we design.
Yes. Because strategy, design, production and installation sit under one roof, there is no hand-off between vendors. We survey the space, build one sign and graphics schedule from your floor plan and brand guide, get landlord approval, and produce and install everything as one package. Ninety days is workable if we start with the drawings now.
Almost always. Class A office buildings usually have sign criteria covering lobby directories, suite signs, and any exterior or monument panels, and landlord approval generally comes before the county permit. We prepare drawings that meet the building's criteria and submit them to property management for you.
Yes. We regularly install wall graphics, glass film and dimensional logos in the evening or on weekends. We coordinate building access, elevator reservations and certificates of insurance with property management ahead of time and leave the space clean, so the workday isn't interrupted.
Yes. We take the sign schedule from the construction documents, submit shop drawings for approval, coordinate wall blocking and power for illuminated signs with the other trades, and schedule installation so signage is finished before final inspections and move-in. Wall graphics and glass film usually follow paint and flooring, so we plan around the punch list.
Tell us about the space, the brand and the date. We'll scope it, schedule it and handle it start to finish from Kennesaw.
