High Stakes Creative provides corporate branding, branded environments and monument and building signage for offices, medical practices and multi-tenant buildings in East Cobb. Since 2007 our Kennesaw team has kept design, production and installation in house, and we work under Cobb County's sign rules, which apply across unincorporated East Cobb. Johnson Ferry Road is about 25 minutes from our studio.
East Cobb is not a city. It is a large unincorporated area of Cobb County, roughly between Bells Ferry Road and the Marietta city limits on the west, the Chattahoochee River and Sandy Springs on the southeast, and Roswell to the northeast. In 2022, about 73 percent of voters rejected a proposal to make it a city, so county government, including the county's sign code, still applies. Most businesses use a Marietta mailing address with ZIP codes such as 30062, 30066, 30067 and 30068.
The commercial base is professional and medical rather than heavy industry: law, accounting, wealth management and insurance offices; dental and specialty practices; and outpatient centers such as Wellstar East Cobb Health Park on Roswell Road and Northside's East Cobb outpatient center on Olde Towne Parkway. Business clusters around retail and office nodes like Merchant's Walk, The Avenue East Cobb and Paper Mill Village. On Powers Ferry Road, the MarketPlace Terrell Mill redevelopment and mixed-use projects nearby keep bringing new tenant space to the south end.

Reception logo walls, conference-room glass film, dimensional letters and brand walls for law, financial and insurance offices along Johnson Ferry and Roswell Road. Clients here often want something restrained and well finished, so we start from your brand guide, match PMS colors and typefaces, and show sample materials before production.
Branded environments
Entrance monuments and ground signs for office condominiums, medical buildings and multi-tenant centers on Sandy Plains, Shallowford and Lower Roswell Road. We design to Cobb's sign rules, have site plans and foundation plans prepared, and handle the county submittal. Lighting, materials and landscaping around the base are planned with the property owner from the start.
Monument signs
Suite signs, ADA room signs, directories and patient wayfinding for practices and outpatient buildings. We plan signs so new providers or a merged practice name can be updated by panel, not by replacing the whole sign, and we schedule installs around patient hours.
Wayfinding & ADA
Practice groups and advisory firms with an East Cobb office plus others around metro Atlanta often rebrand all locations at once. We survey each site, build one sign schedule and install in planned waves, with each permit filed with the right jurisdiction.

Because East Cobb is unincorporated, sign permits come from Cobb County's Zoning Division at 1150 Powder Springs Street in Marietta, in person or through the county's online system. The county checklist asks for color dimensional renderings, a drawing of the wall showing sign location and wall width, a property owner's authorization letter, the sign company's business license and an affidavit of existing sign area. Ground signs also need a sealed site plan and foundation plans. Incomplete applications are denied outright. The county notes most complete applications are processed in 14 to 21 days, though code allows up to 45. We prepare the full package before filing.

One schedule and one point of contact from the first walkthrough to the final punch list.
Cobb County's Zoning Division, not the City of Marietta, even though most East Cobb businesses have a Marietta address. East Cobb is unincorporated, so county sign rules decide size, number and placement. We confirm the parcel's jurisdiction, design to those rules and assemble the county's required submittal package.
Cobb County says most complete applications are processed in 14 to 21 days, and its code allows up to 45 days. Ground signs need a sealed site plan and foundation plans, and missing items lead to denial, so preparation matters as much as review time. We put the package together so it goes in complete the first time.
Yes. Many East Cobb office condominiums and medical buildings share a monument with tenant panels. We measure the existing cabinet, match colors and typefaces to the property's standard, and produce new panels for incoming tenants. If the structure itself changes, we tell you up front whether a new county permit is needed.
Yes. Advisory, legal and medical offices often book client appointments all day, so we schedule installs for evenings or weekends. Wall graphics, glass film and dimensional lobby logos usually take a single visit. We coordinate access with your building and leave the space clean and ready for Monday.
Yes. We survey every location, build one sign schedule, and file permits with each jurisdiction, whether that is Cobb County for East Cobb, a city like Roswell or Alpharetta, or another county. Installation runs in planned waves with one point of contact, so every office shows the new brand on a predictable timeline.
Tell us about the space, the brand and the date. We'll scope it, schedule it and handle it start to finish from Kennesaw.
