High Stakes Creative designs, produces and installs corporate branding, branded office interiors and architectural signage for Woodstock businesses from our Kennesaw studio, roughly 12 miles and 20 minutes away via I-575. Since 2007 one team has handled each project from brand standards to final install, which keeps new offices, downtown storefronts and multi-site rollouts on schedule and on brand.
Woodstock sits along I-575 in south Cherokee County, with interchanges at Highway 92, Towne Lake Parkway and Ridgewalk Parkway. Its downtown is expanding quickly. The Woodstock Mill mixed-use project is under construction near the Towne Lake Parkway roundabout, and the city has announced plans for a downtown hotel and conference center and a new commercial office and retail building. Ridgewalk Parkway is home to The Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta, and Highway 92, the city's main commercial corridor, is the subject of a city study on new development standards.
For companies, that growth shows up as new leases and build-outs in office parks such as Towne Lake Business Park, Weatherstone Park and Woodstock City Center at East Main Street and Arnold Mill Road. Professional firms, medical practices and regional offices moving in want interiors that look like their brand on day one, and exterior signs that meet a sign ordinance the City Council applies carefully, as its recent waiver decisions show. We plan the interior and exterior work together so both land on the same date.

Reception walls, dimensional logos, glass film and conference room graphics for offices in Towne Lake, Weatherstone and the new downtown buildings. Many Woodstock moves have a fixed lease start date, so we survey early, lock the sign schedule against the floor plan, and install after the contractor's punch list, ready for move-in.
Branded environments
Building letters, monument signs and tenant panels along Highway 92, Ridgewalk Parkway and Arnold Mill Road. We design to the City of Woodstock sign ordinance from the start, so you are not redesigning after a denial, and we prepare the drawings for the separate sign permit the city requires.
Architectural signage
Franchise groups and service brands often run a Woodstock location alongside sites in Canton, Acworth and Kennesaw. We survey every site, build one schedule, and swap exterior and interior signage location by location, so a rebrand or acquisition reaches the Woodstock storefront the same week it reaches the others.
Rebrand rollouts
Home service companies, contractors and delivery fleets based around Woodstock run I-575 every day. We design the fleet layout once, then apply it consistently across vans, pickups and trailers with 3M and Avery Dennison films, installed by certified installers, so graphics hold up and remove cleanly at trade-in.

Inside city limits, sign permits come from the City of Woodstock, whose building department at 12453 Highway 92 notes that signs need a permit separate from the building permit. Requests to go beyond the sign ordinance, called sign waivers, are reviewed by the Planning Commission and decided by City Council, and the council has turned down waivers for non-conforming signs. Much of Towne Lake lies in unincorporated Cherokee County, where the county's Development Service Center handles sign applications. We check jurisdiction by parcel, flag permit needs early, and prepare the drawings and specifications each application asks for.

One schedule and one point of contact from the first walkthrough to the final punch list.
The City of Woodstock issues sign permits for properties inside city limits, separately from building permits. Properties in unincorporated Cherokee County, including much of Towne Lake, go through the Cherokee County Development Service Center in Canton. We confirm which applies to your address during the site survey and prepare the drawings the application requires.
Start 60 to 90 days out if you need exterior signs, because design approval, landlord sign-off and city permitting all come before fabrication. Interior branding such as lobby logos, wall graphics and glass film can often be produced in a few weeks once brand files and the floor plan are final. Start earlier if the building is still under construction.
Yes. For occupied offices and medical suites we schedule wall graphics, glass film and lobby sign installs in the evening or on weekends so staff and patients are not disrupted. We coordinate building access and landlord rules with property management ahead of time, and after-hours work is one of the factors we price into the quote.
Yes. Contractors handling tenant build-outs in Woodstock's new mixed-use and office projects bring us in as the signage and graphics subcontractor. We work from the architect's drawings, submit shop drawings for approval, coordinate blocking and electrical with the other trades, and schedule installation so it does not hold up the punch list or final inspection.
Not always. Brand guides set logo proportions and colors, while the city ordinance controls size, placement and features such as electronic message areas. We reconcile the two at the design stage and propose a compliant version that still reads as your brand, so the project does not depend on a waiver the council may not grant.
Tell us about the space, the brand and the date. We'll scope it, schedule it and handle it start to finish from Kennesaw.
