A branded environment is an office where the brand is built into the space: a dimensional logo at reception, feature walls and murals, core-values graphics, branded glass film and conference-room graphics. High Stakes Creative has designed, produced and installed these for metro Atlanta workplaces since 2007, with strategy, production and 3M-certified installation under one roof in Kennesaw.
Most offices open with blank drywall, builder-grade glass and a logo file nobody has sized for a wall. A branded environment closes that gap. Visitors see who you are at reception, employees see the mission and values where they work, and the space reads as one company instead of a leased floor.
For facilities and real estate teams, the hard part is coordination: a lobby sign, wall graphics, glass film and conference-room graphics often come from three or four vendors on different schedules. We handle the whole package, from the first walkthrough and design proofs to production and installation, so there is one schedule and one point of contact.
For brand teams, the concern is accuracy. We work from your brand standards guide, match PMS colors and approved typefaces, and show proofs and material samples before anything is produced. The result is an office that matches your website, your fleet and every other location.

Dimensional logos in brushed or painted aluminum, acrylic or layered materials, mounted flush or on standoffs, with optional backlighting. We size the logo to the wall and sightlines, not just to the file you send.
Large-format printed murals and textured wallcoverings for lobbies, break rooms and corridors. We confirm wall condition and paint type during the survey so the material bonds properly and removes cleanly later.
Mission statements, values, timelines and recognition walls built from cut vinyl, printed panels or dimensional letters. These are often the graphics leadership cares about most, so we proof wording and layout with you first.
Decorative film for conference rooms, offices and glass corridors, from simple privacy bands to branded patterns and gradients. Film meets the privacy need without replacing glass and comes off at lease end.
Room names, door graphics and wall graphics that carry the brand through the floor plan. We tie these to your room numbering so they work alongside directional and ADA signs.
Lobby sign, wall graphics, glass film and room signage scheduled as one program against your move-in date, coordinated with your general contractor so installs land after paint and before furniture.
This is how a headquarters move-in package usually reads on our sign schedule. Your survey and floor plans set the final list.

One schedule and one point of contact from the first walkthrough to the final punch list.
You get one scope, one schedule and one invoice for the whole space instead of separate sign, graphics and film vendors. We work within your landlord's rules, building hours and elevator reservations, and we can install after hours in occupied offices so staff and clients are not disrupted.
Send your brand standards guide and we build every graphic from it. We match PMS colors, approved fonts and logo clear space, and we show proofs and physical material samples for sign-off before production. The office ends up consistent with your website, print and other locations.
We can fabricate to your design intent or develop graphics from your finish schedule and elevations. We provide shop drawings, mounting details and samples for review, and we flag substrate, lighting or mounting issues early, before they turn into change orders during construction.
We fit into your build-out schedule as the graphics and signage sub: survey after framing, measure after paint, install before punch list. We coordinate in-wall blocking for heavy logos and power for backlit signs with your crews, and we finish in time for closeout.
Cost depends on how much of the space you brand and how it is built. The main drivers are the size and number of walls, the materials chosen (cut vinyl costs less than dimensional or backlit letters), whether any element is illuminated, wall and glass conditions, ceiling heights and lift access, after-hours or weekend installation, and the number of floors or locations. Design time matters too if we create the graphics rather than produce yours. We start with a site survey or plan review, then give you a fixed scope and quote by item so you can phase or adjust.
Bring us in once the lease is signed and floor plans are set. That leaves time for design, brand approvals, production and any landlord review. Most branding projects run a few days to a few weeks once approved, but dimensional and illuminated lobby signs take longer than vinyl, so we schedule backward from your move-in date.
Yes. We regularly schedule installs for evenings or weekends so staff and clients are not disrupted. We plan the work zone in advance, protect floors and furniture, and leave the space clean for the next business day. After-hours scheduling is noted in your quote.
We work directly from your brand guide. PMS colors are matched to the closest film, paint or ink, and we show printed or painted samples under real lighting before production. We use your licensed typefaces and logo files and follow your clear-space and usage rules.
Interior graphics are installed with films designed to remove without damaging paint or glass when they are applied to properly cured, compatible surfaces. Dimensional letters leave small fastener holes that are usually patched and painted. We note removal and restoration in the scope so it lines up with your lease.
Usually yes for anything visible from common areas or the building exterior, and many leases require approval for wall penetrations. We prepare drawings, mounting details and material specs for your landlord or property manager and build the review time into the schedule.
Both. We can design the program from your brand guide and floor plans, produce artwork your agency or architect created, or install to someone else's design. Because strategy, design, production and installation sit under one roof, nothing gets lost between vendors.
Send floor plans or a reflected ceiling plan if you have them, your brand standards guide and logo files, photos of the walls and glass involved, your move-in or completion date, and any landlord sign criteria. We follow up with a site survey and a fixed, itemized quote.
Send the floor plans, brand guide and date you're working toward. We'll come back with a scope, a schedule and one point of contact for the whole job.
