High Stakes Creative provides corporate branding, architectural and monument signage, branded interiors and fleet graphics for Hiram businesses from our Kennesaw studio, about 18 miles and 30 to 35 minutes away via Macland Road. Since 2007 one team has run design, production and installation, so tenants, medical practices and multi-location brands on Jimmy Lee Smith Parkway get consistent work and one point of contact.
Hiram sits where US-278 and SR 92 meet on Paulding County's eastern edge, and the stretch of US-278 known as Jimmy Lee Smith Parkway is the city's main commercial corridor. Hiram Pavilion, at 5220 Jimmy Lee Smith Parkway, holds about 69 stores including national big-box retailers, and Paulding Pavilion and other centers line the same road. Wellstar Paulding Medical Center, at 2518 Jimmy Lee Smith Parkway, replaced the older county hospital in Dallas and anchors healthcare on the corridor.
Behind the retail frontage, Paulding Commerce Park was developed as the county's first Class-A business park and is where Interroll located its North American conveyor manufacturing plant, showroom and technology center. Hiram is a small city of about 5,000 residents, but it serves shoppers and patients from across Paulding and west Cobb, so most brands here are regional or national. That makes consistency the main job: signs and interiors that match the standard used at every other location, permitted under Hiram's sign ordinance and corridor overlay rules.

Lobby signs, wall graphics, frosted privacy film and wayfinding for medical suites, insurance and financial offices, and professional tenants near Wellstar Paulding and along Jimmy Lee Smith Parkway. We install after hours when a suite is already open to patients or clients, and use graphics that remove cleanly at lease end.
Branded environments
Building letters, illuminated channel letters and cabinet signs, and monument and pylon panels for retail and service tenants in Hiram's shopping centers. We design to the landlord's sign criteria and the city's sign ordinance together, including properties in the corridor overlay, and prepare the drawings both approvals require.
Architectural signage
Hiram is a common stop on a west metro rollout. Banks, restaurant groups, dental and urgent-care brands with sites here usually have locations in Dallas, Powder Springs and Douglasville too. We schedule surveys, permits and installs for the whole group so the Hiram location does not lag the rest.
Rebrand rollouts
Distribution and service fleets operating out of Paulding Commerce Park and the Highway 278 corridor need graphics that stay legible at highway speed and match the brand on the building. We design a fleet standard once and apply it vehicle by vehicle, and a standard wrap installs in one to three days.
Fleet wrapsWall graphics, wayfinding, donor walls and athletic branding for campuses like these.
Sign permits for properties inside Hiram city limits start with the City of Hiram's Zoning Administrator at 150 Oak Street, and the city publishes its own sign permit application. Paulding County Planning and Zoning administers Hiram's zoning ordinance and processes variances, and the city directs building permit and plan review questions to the county's Development Division. Requests to exceed the sign ordinance go to a public hearing, and some commercial parcels on the corridor sit in a Corridor Overlay District. We confirm the parcel's zoning and overlay early, then prepare the drawings and specifications each application requires.

One schedule and one point of contact from the first walkthrough to the final punch list.
Start with the City of Hiram's Zoning Administrator, who handles sign permits for properties inside city limits. Paulding County Planning and Zoning administers the city's zoning ordinance and processes variances, and the county's Development Division handles building permits and plan review. We sort out which office reviews which piece for your parcel and prepare the drawings.
Only through a variance, which goes to a public hearing. Often the better path is designing the largest compliant sign and adding visibility with building letters, window graphics or a monument panel. We show you both options in drawings before you commit to a hearing, so the decision is based on what each will actually look like.
Yes. Shopping center tenants need signs that meet the landlord's sign criteria and the city ordinance at the same time. We submit drawings to property management for approval, then to the city, fabricate once both approve, and coordinate installation with center management so it happens outside peak shopping hours.
Yes. For physician practices and outpatient suites we provide exterior building and monument signs, lobby logo walls, privacy film for exam and consult rooms, and interior directional signs. Work inside an open practice is scheduled after hours, and we follow the practice's or health system's brand standard so the suite matches its other locations.
We work from your brand standards guide and, if you have one, your existing sign package. Each location gets a site survey and its own line in the sign schedule, with the same materials, colors and letter styles. Because one team designs, produces and installs, the Hiram location matches what we build in your other markets.
Tell us about the space, the brand and the date. We'll scope it, schedule it and handle it start to finish from Kennesaw.
