High Stakes Creative designs and installs corporate branding, branded environments and architectural signage for Sandy Springs headquarters, Class A tower tenants and medical offices. Since 2007 we have worked from Kennesaw, about 20 miles away via I-75 and I-285. One team takes each project from brand-standards review and landlord submittals through production and after-hours installation.
Sandy Springs holds the western part of Perimeter Center, about 60 percent of the district and most of its office towers. The city is home to the headquarters of UPS, Cox Enterprises, Inspire Brands and Newell Brands, and Mercedes-Benz USA opened its corporate offices here in 2018 in a 200,000-square-foot building on a 12-acre campus near GA-400. Around the Medical Center MARTA station, the cluster known as Pill Hill holds Northside Hospital, St. Joseph's Hospital and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, described as the largest medical center in Georgia.
Downtown is City Springs on Roswell Road, a civic and mixed-use district that opened in 2018. Work here tends to be large and coordinated: headquarters lobbies built to a global brand standard, multi-floor wayfinding, medical office directories, and suite signage that must pass a landlord's sign criteria before anything is fabricated. Several of the largest buildings here are single-company campuses rather than multi-tenant towers, so the owner is also the brand. On those projects, exterior signs, parking wayfinding, visitor check-in and interior graphics are designed as one system.

Headquarters lobbies, reception walls, dimensional logos, brand-story and core-values walls, and privacy film on glass conference rooms for Perimeter Center towers. We submit drawings to property management for approval, book freight elevators and loading docks, and install after hours so occupied floors keep working.
Branded environments
Building and monument signs, parking-deck and campus wayfinding, and ADA room signage for office campuses and medical buildings. Around Pill Hill, we plan directories and suite signs that building managers can update as practices move, without replacing the whole system.
Architectural signage
A Sandy Springs headquarters often sets the standard for dozens of field offices. We turn your brand guide into a sign schedule by sign type and location, build the headquarters first as the reference, then roll out in regional waves with the same materials and specifications.
Rebrand rollouts
Corporate, sales and service fleets get consistent graphics across sedans, vans and box trucks. We create one approved layout per vehicle type, print and laminate with 3M or Avery Dennison films, and install with certified installers. Eligible 3M graphics can carry the 3M MCS Warranty.
Fleet wrapsWall graphics, wayfinding, donor walls and athletic branding for campuses like these.
The City of Sandy Springs issues sign permits through its online permitting portal, Build Sandy Springs, with appointments available at City Hall, 1 Galambos Way. A permit is needed for each sign unless the development code exempts it. Wall sign submittals include a photo of the facade showing the business frontage, an elevation rendering, sign details and structural connection details. The city also lists a commercial owner authorization affidavit among its documents. Published fees include a $25 administrative fee and a flat $50 review fee for permanent signs, plus a technology fee. We assemble and submit the package.

One schedule and one point of contact from the first walkthrough to the final punch list.
Yes. Class A buildings in Perimeter Center commonly limit noisy or common-area work to evenings and weekends and ask for a certificate of insurance, a freight elevator booking and sometimes a building engineer on site. We plan installs around those rules and around your staff, so wall graphics, glass film and lobby signs go in overnight or over a weekend.
The City of Sandy Springs. Applications go through the Build Sandy Springs online portal, one application per sign, and you can book time with a permit technician at City Hall. Expect to supply facade photos, an elevation rendering, structural connection details and owner authorization. We prepare these with your landlord's sign criteria in mind, so city and building approvals line up.
Yes. Medical office buildings near Northside, St. Joseph's and Children's need clear exterior identification, lobby directories, floor and suite signs, and ADA-compliant room signs with tactile text and Braille. We build systems with replaceable inserts so the building manager can update tenants, and we install in phases to keep clinics open. Room signs are produced to ADA requirements for character height, contrast and mounting location.
Bring us in when the lease is signed, ideally 90 to 120 days before move-in. A headquarters package usually includes a lobby sign, feature walls, wayfinding across several floors and glass film, and parts of it need landlord and city approval. Starting early lets graphics install after finishes and before furniture, so the space is ready on day one.
Yes. We survey the headquarters and each field location, then write a single sign schedule by site. The headquarters is usually built first as the reference, followed by a pilot of five to ten sites and then regional waves. One team handles strategy, design, production and installation, so every office reads as the same company.
Tell us about the space, the brand and the date. We'll scope it, schedule it and handle it start to finish from Kennesaw.
