High Stakes Creative designs, builds and installs corporate branding, architectural signage and branded interiors for Roswell offices, medical practices and corporate campuses along GA-400. Our Kennesaw studio, about 20 miles west, has done this work since 2007, and one team handles design, permits, production and installation, including the extra steps Roswell asks for, such as engineered drawings for large ground signs and historic-district review.
Roswell's largest corporate presence is Kimberly-Clark's campus of nearly 100 acres off GA-400 at Holcomb Bridge Road, where the company has been since the early 1980s. Around it, the GA-400 interchanges at Holcomb Bridge and Mansell Road anchor office parks such as Mansell Overlook, while Westside Parkway holds much of the city's Class A office space. Healthcare is the other big employer: Wellstar North Fulton Hospital is a Level II trauma center, and the city's economic development group counts more than 375 healthcare and medical practices.
That mix shapes the signage work. Medical buildings need clear exterior identification, suite signs and ADA-compliant wayfinding that patients can follow. Corporate offices want reception branding and conference-room glass that match their brand guide. And businesses in Historic Roswell, around Canton Street, work within historic-district rules that limit how signs are built and lit. Many office parks along Mansell Road and Old Alabama Road were built decades ago, so a new tenant often inherits dated monument panels and directories. Replacing them to current brand standards, while keeping the landlord's shared sign structure, is common work here.

Reception walls, dimensional logos, core-values graphics and frosted or gradient film for offices off Holcomb Bridge and Mansell Road. For medical and professional practices we pair branding with practical needs: check-in direction, privacy film on exam-room and consult-room glass, and wall graphics that clean easily.
Branded environments
Ground and monument signs for Roswell office parks and medical buildings, plus wall signs and ADA room signage. Roswell requires a photo simulation and a Georgia-registered engineer's stamped plan for larger ground signs, so we build that into the drawing package rather than discovering it at submittal.
Architectural signage
Practice groups and professional firms in Roswell often have sister offices across north Fulton and Cobb. When a merger or new identity arrives, we survey each office, write one sign schedule, and replace exterior, suite and interior signage in a planned sequence so patients and clients are never confused.
Rebrand rollouts
Home-health, service and delivery vehicles that work out of Roswell get a consistent fleet identity: approved layouts per vehicle type, premium 3M or Avery Dennison films, and certified installers. A van typically installs in one to three days, so we stage vehicles in small groups to keep routes running.

Signs in Roswell are permitted through the City of Roswell Community Development Department, Planning & Zoning Division, at 38 Hill Street. Every sign needs property owner permission and the business's occupation tax registration. Ground signs need scaled drawings, footing details and a survey showing setbacks. Signs of 50 square feet or more, or freestanding signs 8 feet or taller, also need a photo simulation and a plan stamped by a Georgia-registered engineer. Electrical signs need an electrical permit first. In the Historic Overlay District, channel letters are not allowed and external lighting needs separate Historic Preservation Commission review.

One schedule and one point of contact from the first walkthrough to the final punch list.
The City of Roswell's Community Development Department, through its Planning & Zoning Division, reviews and issues sign permits. Applications are one sign per form, with owner permission and the business license attached. Freestanding signs need a footing inspection, and installation must be finished within six months of issue. We prepare the drawings, track inspections and coordinate with your landlord.
It depends on how it is built and lit. In Roswell's Historic Overlay District, channel letters are not allowed and external light fixtures need Historic Preservation Commission design review. We design within those limits, often with routed or dimensional panels and approved fixtures, and build the commission's review time into your opening date.
Yes. Medical buildings near Wellstar North Fulton Hospital and along Holcomb Bridge Road need suite identification, directories and ADA room signs with tactile characters and Braille. We plan the sign schedule with the practice and the building manager, match it to your brand, and install after hours so clinic days are not interrupted. We also check that room numbers match the building's fire and emergency plans.
Aim for about 90 days. That covers design, landlord approval, and production of lobby and suite signage. If the package includes a monument or ground sign large enough to need engineering, allow more time, since Roswell asks for a stamped plan and a footing inspection before the sign is complete.
Yes. We survey each location, produce one sign schedule that lists every sign type by site, and pilot the first office before rolling out the rest. Because strategy, design, production and installation stay under one roof, the reception wall in Roswell and signage at a branch elsewhere in Georgia come from the same files and the same installation standards.
