5. Forms, CRM and Communications

Our website forms and customer communications are managed through HighLevel (LeadConnector), a customer relationship management platform. When you submit a form, the information you enter is sent to HighLevel so our team can respond, track your project and send related messages. HighLevel processes this information on our behalf under its own privacy and security terms.

We may also use Google Workspace or Microsoft email, phone systems and project management tools to communicate with you and manage your project.

6. Text Messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your inquiry, quote, scheduling and project updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. You can also call (678) 861-7446.

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

7. Cookies and Analytics

We photograph completed work, such as signage, branded spaces and vehicle wraps, for our portfolio, website and social media. We do not intentionally publish personal information in project photos. If you would like a photo of your property, vehicle or business removed or edited, contact us and we will review your request.

We share personal information only as needed to run our business:

With service providers that help us operate, such as hosting, CRM, analytics, email, payment and security providers
With manufacturers, fabricators, installers, permitting offices and landlords or property managers when needed to complete your project
With professional advisors such as accountants, insurers and attorneys

As part of a merger, sale or other business transfer

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for payment.

11. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, to receive a copy of it, and to opt out of certain processing such as targeted advertising. You can also opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message.
