How do you add privacy to glass offices without closing them in?

Use a patterned film instead of solid frost. The wave pattern on Citi’s glass softens the view into each office while still letting daylight through, so the corridor stays bright. It also makes the glass easy to see as you walk past.

What went on the entry doors?

The Citi logo and Private Bank name on the glass entry doors, so the brand is the first thing a client sees before stepping in.

Why brushed-metal lettering at reception?

Dimensional letters with a brushed finish stand off the wall and pick up the light. In a private bank lobby they read as solid and permanent, which suits the brand.
