Corporate branding is the system that makes a company recognizable: logo, colors, typefaces, messaging and the brand standards guide that governs them. High Stakes Creative has built and refreshed corporate identities for metro Atlanta organizations since 2007, then applied them to offices, signage, vehicles and print, with design, production and installation under one roof.

Why the brand guide and the building should come from one team

Most rebrands stall at the same point. The new logo is approved and the brand guide is finished, but the lobby sign, the trucks, the glass and the printed materials still show the old identity, and each goes to a different vendor with its own idea of your colors. Months later the company still looks like two brands.

We design the identity knowing where it will live. Logo lockups are tested at building-sign scale and on a van door, colors are specified for vinyl, paint and print as well as screens, and the standards guide covers environments and fleets, not just letterhead. Once the brand is approved, the same team produces and installs it across your offices, locations and vehicles. That is visual brand implementation in practice.

What our corporate branding work covers

Brand identity development

Positioning, messaging and visual direction for new companies, spin-offs and divisions, built around how you want customers, partners and future hires to see the company.

Logo and visual design systems

Logos, lockups, color palette, typography and graphic elements built as one system, and tested at small sizes, in one color and at building-sign scale before you approve them.

Brand standards guides

A working guide covering logo use, clear space, PMS and paint colors, typefaces, and signage, interior, vehicle and print examples, so every vendor applies the brand the same way.

Corporate rebrands and identity refreshes

Updates for mergers, acquisitions, new leadership or an identity that no longer fits. We audit where the current brand appears, decide what changes and plan the switch-over by location.

Brand implementation in physical space

Lobby logo walls, glass film, exterior signs and fleet graphics produced from the approved standards, with design, production and 3M-certified installation kept with one team.

Print and digital brand assets

Business cards, presentation templates and social and web graphics built from the same files, so materials for a new location, vehicle or product line match what is already in market.

A typical corporate rebrand scope

How a rebrand usually reads on our schedule, from identity work to the first installs. Your locations and assets set the final list.

What clients say on Google

Every High Stakes Creative review on Google is five stars. A few in the clients' own words.

★★★★★

Since that time, we've done vehicles, commercial building signage, interior signage, and much more. We name High Stakes as our preferred signage contractor for all our commercial tenants as well. They always out perform and if anything is an issue (almost never) they make it right!

Juanita C.Google review · Vehicles, building and interior signage
★★★★★

These guys have wrapped and lettered our vehicles and they have created signage for our office space. We could not be happier with their creativity and workmanship. Everything they do is a work of art and a sound investment.

Tyrus G.Google review · Vehicle lettering and office signage
★★★★★

We hired Matt and High Stakes on a referral from a friend at another sign company (that's saying a LOT!) to produce a new lighted building sign for our comic & toy shop expansion. They were great to work with, highly communicative, helped us figure out a version of the sign that would fit within our budget. We ALREADY have new customers into the store because they have SEEN our new sign!

How we work with your team

Leadership & owners

You get a focused set of identity options and a recommendation, and you see the brand on the building and the trucks before you approve it.

Marketing & brand

We build the standards guide your team will enforce, with PMS, paint and vinyl specs and usage rules, then apply those master files to every physical asset.

Facilities & operations

We inventory signs, glass, walls and vehicles at each site and schedule the switch-over around operations, landlord approvals and permits, so locations change in a planned order.

Multi-location & franchise teams

Every location gets the same specifications, materials and install standards. We roll out by region or opening date and document each site, so future locations match the first ones.

What drives the cost of corporate branding

Branding cost depends on scope. A logo refresh with a short standards sheet costs less than a full identity system and detailed guide, and both are separate from the physical rollout. Drivers include identity elements and applications, rounds of review, how many locations, signs and vehicles change over, materials, permits and install conditions. We start with a conversation and, for rollouts, a site survey, then give you a fixed scope and quote you can phase.

Guides for planning your project

Written for facility, marketing and operations teams planning signs and branded spaces.

Rebrand sign checklist

Inventory, sign types, a pilot location and installs in waves, so no sign or vehicle is missed.

How lobby logos and office signs are mounted

Studs, standoffs, bonding tape, cleats and rails, and how the wall decides which one fits.

Before install day

Survey, wall and glass prep, power, access and a checklist for the facility manager.

Questions buyers ask us

What is included in a corporate branding project?

Usually a brand direction, a logo and visual system, and a brand standards guide. If you need it, we then apply the brand to your offices, signs, vehicles and print. You can hire us for the identity, the implementation, or both.

How long does a corporate rebrand take?

Most branding projects run a few days to a few weeks, depending on scope and how fast decisions are made. Rollouts take longer with many locations, exterior signs needing landlord and permit approval, or large fleets. Larger rollouts get a clear schedule up front.

Can you refresh our existing logo instead of starting over?

Yes. Many companies need an update, not a new identity. We keep what customers recognize, such as a color, symbol or name treatment, and fix legibility, proportions and how the mark reproduces at large scale. Then we update the standards guide.

Can you implement a brand guide another agency created?

Yes. We translate an agency's or in-house team's standards into physical specifications, such as vinyl and paint matches for PMS colors and layouts for signs and vehicles, and flag anything that will not reproduce well at large scale. Your guide stays the authority.

How do you keep the brand consistent across locations and vehicles?

We work from one set of master files. Colors are matched to approved films, paints and inks, layouts are proofed against your standards, and the same team produces and installs at every site. Standards we write include signage, interior and fleet pages.

We merged with another company. Where do we start with the brand?

Start with the decisions: which name and identity survive and when the new brand goes public. We then audit every sign, wall, vehicle and printed piece by location and plan the switch-over with high-visibility assets first and permits built in.
